March has certainly kept us moving at Harcourts The Difference. It has been a full month of listings, events and plenty of time out in the community, which is exactly how we like it.
Last weekend's Helensville A&P Show was an absolute blast. We were proud to take out the President's Award for Best Overall Trade Exhibit, which was a real highlight for the team. More than anything, it was the chance to connect with so many of you, watch the kids line up for games, and see a few brave souls take their turn in the dunk tank that made it such a great day.
This weekend we are supporting Chris Smith with the Helensville Lifestyle Expo on Wishart Road. If lifestyle living has ever crossed your mind, it is well worth a visit. There will be demonstrations, local experts and the opportunity to explore what country living can really look like. We are looking forward to being part of it and seeing plenty of familiar faces there.
On 16 March we are also hosting our next careers evening. If you would like to join a fun, driven group of people and are curious about a career in real estate, jump online and register for more information. It is a relaxed way to find out what the industry involves and whether it could be the right fit for you.
Later this month I am looking forward to being at the Helensville Primary School Gala Day. Our team is always out and about supporting local initiatives, schools and community events. It is an important part of who we are as a business.
On the property front, it has been a busy period with a number of new listings coming to market across sales and rentals. If you are thinking about buying, selling or renting, our team is here to help and guide you through the process with clear advice and local knowledge you can rely on.
Thank you, as always, for your continued support of our business. We appreciate being part of this community and look forward to what the rest of the month brings.
Warmly,
Nicky Horsbrough Director |

What an incredible day we had at the Helensville A&P Show last Saturday. It was another fantastic event and a huge congratulations to the Helensville A&P team for delivering such a wonderful day for our community.
Our team loved connecting with everyone, having great conversations, and seeing our games become such a hit. Thank you to all those who came along, played, donated, and stopped by to say hello. We truly appreciate your support.
We are still tallying the total funds raised for the Harcourts Foundation and look forward to announcing the final amount very soon - so keep an eye on our socials.
To top it all off, we were honoured to receive the Best Overall Trade Exhibition award for 2026. We are incredibly proud and so grateful to be part of such a supportive community. |

What an incredible day at Harcourts Real Estate New Zealand Ignite & Q3 Awards - full of energy, inspiration and celebration!
We were inspired by former SAS leader Jamie Pennell, and completely energised (and entertained!) by the one and only Robin Banks, who had us laughing one minute and laser-focused on a massive year ahead the next.
A team highlight was cheering on our business owner & agent Nicky Horsbrough, as she took the stage to receive an award - massive congratulations Nicky Horsbrough - Harcourts The Difference 🏆🌟
Great people. Great energy. Big goals. We're fired up and ready to make this year our best yet 🚀
