April has started with plenty of momentum at Harcourts The Difference. It’s been another busy stretch with listings, open homes and plenty of time out in the community, which is always the best part of what we do.
We had a fantastic run through March with some great local events. The Helensville A&P Show was a real highlight, we had a fabulous day connecting with so many of you and were thrilled to take out the President’s Award for Best Overall Trade Exhibit. Alongside that, our giant gift basket fundraiser raised over $1,100 for the Harcourts Foundation, which goes straight back into supporting our local community. We also had a great day at the Helensville Primary School Gala, we were able to raise over $800 for them. It’s always a privilege to be involved in these events and support the people and organisations that make this area what it is. Another highlight was the Lifestyle Expo on Wishart Road. It was great to see people out exploring the blocks and what lifestyle living can offer. If you didn’t make it along and it’s something you’ve been considering, feel free to get in touch, we’re always happy to point you in the right direction.
On the property side, we’ve continued to see steady activity, with well-presented homes attracting good interest from motivated buyers. I’m also incredibly proud of our property management team, who have achieved another month of 100% occupancy across our managed portfolio, a great result for both our landlords and our team.
Looking ahead, our next online careers evening is coming up on 20 April. If you’ve ever thought about a career in real estate, this is a relaxed way to learn more about the industry and what it could look like for you. You’re welcome to jump on and take a look. With Easter and the school holidays here, it’s a good time to pause, spend time with family and start thinking about what the rest of the year might look like.
Thank you, as always, for your continued support. We appreciate being part of this community. Warmly,
Nicky Horsbrough Director |

What a fantastic day out at the Lifestyle Expo on Wishart Road. A big thank you to Chris Smith and his family for hosting and opening up the property to everyone. It was great to see people come through, enjoy the atmosphere, and start imagining what life could look like on these beautiful lifestyle blocks.
If you couldn't make it on the day, the opportunity is still here. These stunning lifestyle blocks are still available, with prices starting from just $730,000.
Even better, GJ Gardner Homes have house and land packages available, making the process of building your new lifestyle home that much easier.

Big effort, big result, and it's all thanks to this community From the A&P Show and our Giant Gift Basket Raffle, we came together, had some fun, and backed something that really matters.
The best part is every dollar raised through the Harcourts Foundation goes straight back into our local community, supporting people and causes right here where we live
Watch the video to see what we raised... |

Best Overall Trade Exhibition – Helensville A&P Show
We're incredibly proud to share that our team took out Best Overall Trade Exhibition at this year's Helensville A&P Show! With so many outstanding stalls on display, this recognition means a lot to us. We love being part of this much-loved annual event - one that's truly cherished by our local community and beyond.
A big congratulations to the A&P Show team for putting together another fantastic event. It's always a highlight on our calendar, and we're already looking forward to next year! |

We loved being part of the Helensville Primary School Gala last Saturday. What a day - sunshine, great turnout, and a real sense of community coming together.
Our sausage sizzle raised over $800 which is going straight back into supporting the school, and we're proud to have played a small part in that. This is what it's all about for us. Being involved, backing our locals, and showing up for the community we're part of every day.
Big thanks to everyone who came down, grabbed a sausage, and supported such a good cause. |
