How do I use my Ticket?

When you arrive at the car park please proceed to the entry boom gate. If the car park is equipped with a Licence Plate Recognition Camera the system will identify your vehicle and raise the boom gate. Alternately you can scan your paper ticker or smart phone at the entry boom gate.

When you leave the car park the Licence Plate Recognition Camera (if equipped) will identify your vehicle and raise the boom gate. Alternatively please scan the same ticket from either your print out or from your smart phone.

What payment methods or credit cards does PARKi accept?

PARKi current accepts VISA and Mastercard.

How can I find out the Operating Hours of a car park?

Please look at the car park Opening Hours on the Landing page of the reservation website.

Why is there a $0.02 transaction on my bank account?

When you register a credit card with PARKi a secure eCommerce gateway manages your credit card details. PARKi does not see these details but simply receives a token from our eCommerce gateway. The 2c is put on hold to ensure you have registered a working card. The 2c is taken off hold within 3-5 business days. This will only occur during the card registration process.

How do I update my credit card?

Log into your account by clicking "Log in" on the top right menu. Click your name on the top right menu once you have logged in. Click My Profile. Click Credit Card. Here you can manage, add and delete your credit card/s.

Alternatively you can add a card during the payment process.

Can I arrive before the start time on my ticket?

Please ensure you enter the car park after the session time commences. If you arrive at the boom gate prior to your session commencing the system will not validate your registration or ticket.

What if I stay longer than I paid for?

If you stay longer than your session length you can present your ticket at any paystation on site to pay for the extra time spent in the car park. Alternatively you can pay at the exit station with credit card.

I have forgot my password

Click Log in Click Forgot password. You will be prompted to reset your password.

How to change password

Log into your account by clicking "Log in" on the top right menu. Click your name on the top right menu once you have logged in. Click My Profile. Click Profile on the left menu. Click Change Password.
