Permits can be applied for via the UniSA V-Permit Portal. You will need to use your UniSA UserID and password to login to the portal.
Simply, select the type of permit that you wish to purchase and follow the steps through to completion.
You will be notified via email that your application has been submitted and when it is subsequently approved.

A parking bay will be allocated for you. You can advise of a preferred location which will be considered as part of the allocation process. Contact FM Assist on your campus for bay allocation.

Yes, these will be automatically emailed to your nominated email address once your permit application is approved.
Don't worry. As soon as you have realised that your application may have been submitted with an error, contact your campus FM assist office and inform them of the error. Your permit application will be rejected and you can attempt to purchase a new one once again.
If your application has already been approved, a refund can be arranged and a new application can be submitted.
Please contact your campus FM assist office to discuss your refund request.
You can check the status of any pending applications by logging into the UniSA V-Permit portal. Any pending permits will be displayed as soon as you log into the portal.
If you application has been rejected or not successfully submitted, you will immediately be presented with the ability to apply for a new permit.
If your application is pending, you will see a message informing you that your permit has not yet been approved.
You will know that your application has been successful when your permit is immediately displayed after logging in. Any approved permits will provide you the ability to manage and edit your vehicle details.
The login fields are case sensitive, try logging in with the exact username that you signed up with, matching upper and lowercase letters. NOTE: Apple will automatically change any letter at the beginning of your ID to an Upper case letter e.g. bob123 is changed to Bob123.

Once your permit has been approved, you will able to update your vehicle details by logging into the UniSA V-Permit portal. Alternatively you can email your new details to email@example.com and our friendly team will assist you with this.
Yes. If you have access to and use more than one vehicle, you can list them so that they can be recognised as valid. The new registration has to be registered to the same address
