The top image shows an anterior placenta - the placenta is seen on the anterior wall of the uterus but does not encroach anywhere near the cervix.

The bottom left image shows complete placenta praevia – the placenta covers the internal os.

The bottom right image shows fundal placenta – the location is at the top of the uterus.
