A. Incorrect. The anterior uterine wall is clearly seen.
B. Correct. The placenta is outlined on the back wall of the uterus. See image below.
C. Incorrect. On a single longitudinal view, it is impossible to say whether any of the placenta extends to the lateral wall – but most of the placenta is posterior.
